Shaped by some serious life moments !

My Experience

I am a qualified executive coach and mentor, helping my clients achieve their personal and professional goals. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life, so that you can overcome them with confidence. I specialise in creating personalised plans and providing tools and my experience to guide you forward to achieve your desired goals.

My career spans 30 years and includes operational and executive positions in both the private and public sectors, working in large and small teams and organisations. This background and experience has given me a grasp of what it means to deliver change for individuals and transform career and personal desire into reality.

I started my journey with coaching in 2018 after receiving executive coaching myself. I found the experience to be transformative and it enabled me to develop my career path alongside a good work life balance. After recovering from a life changing illness, I vowed to reprioritise and refocus my energy towards the things that brought me joy. I had some further coaching to help me work out what those priorities were and how to get there.

My “a-ha moment” came and I knew from that moment

on that I wanted to coach and mentor others using

my years of knowledge and experience.

I am now at a stage in my life where the menopause is bringing me joy every day. I enjoy working with female clients who are going through a similar experience and are looking for ways to help them adapt and cope.

In my own time I am an outdoorsy person who enjoys outdoor swimming, running, cycling, skiing, walking and generally enjoying life any way that i can.

Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching & Mentoring

Board member and trustee of a large Regional Charity
